The app should help you to analyze the long-term and short-term performance and the risks of Swiss real estate (24), Swiss interest rates (4), selected indices (30), currencies (29) and commodities (44) worldwide. The tools "Performance Charts", "Performance Table", "Winners & Losers", "Risk & Return" and "Risk Analysis" are available for this purpose.

With these tools you can answer e.g. questions like: which fund/asset has been the most successful over the past 60+ years, how has a mutual fund performed in absolute and relative terms during and after the financial crisis of 2007, how have the risks of various assets developed over time, etc.

You can also check the relationships ("Correlation Analysis") between these assets. For example, you can investigate the question of whether there is a close connection between the development of interest rates and the performance of real estate funds.
